يوضّح هذا المستند ما يجمعه تطبيق «صحتي بأكلي» من بيانات، ولماذا، ومع من يشاركه، وكيف تحذفه. المسؤول عن البيانات هو Shawqi Haddad.
ما الذي نجمعه
- حسابك: بريدك الإلكتروني، واسمك إن أرسله Apple أو Google عند تسجيل الدخول. إذا سجّلت الدخول عبر Apple واخترت إخفاء بريدك، فلن نرى سوى العنوان المُحوَّل من Apple.
- ملفك الصحي: العمر، الجنس، الطول، الوزن، مستوى النشاط، وأهدافك. تُستخدم لحساب احتياجك اليومي فقط.
- سجلّ وجباتك وأوزانك: ما تسجّله داخل التطبيق.
- محادثاتك مع المستشار: إن استخدمت هذه الميزة.
لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا نستخدم أي أدوات تتبّع إعلاني، ولا يحتوي التطبيق على إعلانات.

لماذا نستخدم هذه البيانات
- لحساب هدفك اليومي من السعرات والعناصر الغذائية.
- لعرض سجلّك وتقدّمك عبر الوقت ومزامنته بين أجهزتك.
- لتشغيل المستشار الغذائي عندما تطلبه.
- لإدارة اشتراكك والتحقق من صلاحيته.
الأساس القانوني هو تنفيذ العقد بيننا وموافقتك، ويمكنك سحب موافقتك بحذف حسابك.

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية. قد تُعالَج بياناتك على خوادم خارج بلدك لدى هؤلاء المزوّدين.
مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائمًا. عند حذف الحساب تُحذف بياناتك من قواعد بياناتنا نهائيًا، وتُزال من النسخ الاحتياطية خلال ٣٠ يومًا.
لحذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب. إلغاء الاشتراك يتم من إعدادات Apple، وهو منفصل عن حذف الحساب.
حقوقك
يحق لك الاطّلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها والحصول على نسخة منها. معظم ذلك متاح داخل التطبيق مباشرة، ولما عداه راسلنا على support@sehatiakli.com وسنستجيب خلال ٣٠ يومًا.
الأمان
الاتصال بخوادمنا مشفّر بالكامل، ورموز الدخول محفوظة في التخزين الآمن للجهاز. لا يصل أي مستخدم إلى بيانات غيره.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه لمن تقل أعمارهم عن ١٦ عامًا ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إن علمت أن طفلًا أنشأ حسابًا، راسلنا وسنحذفه.
تغييرات هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه. التغييرات الجوهرية سنُعلمك بها داخل التطبيق.

Privacy Policy
Sehati Bi'Akli — Last updated: 24 September 2026
This policy explains what Sehati Bi'Akli collects, why, who it is shared with, and how to delete it. The data controller is Shawqi Haddad.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address, and your name if Apple or Google supplies it at sign-in. If you sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we only ever see Apple's relay address.
- Your health profile: age, sex, height, weight, activity level and goals — used solely to calculate your daily targets.
- Your meal and weight logs: what you record in the app.
- Your assistant conversations, if you use that feature.
We do not collect location, do not access contacts, use no advertising or tracking SDKs, and the app contains no ads.
Meal photos
Why we use this data
- To calculate your daily calorie and macronutrient targets.
- To show your log and progress over time and sync it across your devices.
- To run the nutrition assistant when you ask for it.
- To manage and verify your subscription.
Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you and your consent, which you may withdraw by deleting your account.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising. These providers may process your data on servers outside your country.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account permanently removes your data from our databases, and from backups within 30 days.
To delete your account in the app: My account (حسابي) → Account (الحساب) → Delete account (حذف الحساب). Cancelling a subscription is done through Apple's settings and is separate from deleting your account.
Your rights
You may access, correct, delete and export your data. Most of this is available directly in the app; for anything else write to support@sehatiakli.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Traffic to our servers is encrypted end to end and session tokens are held in the device's secure storage. No user can reach another user's data.
Children
The app is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date above. We will notify you in the app of material changes.
