شروط الاستخدام

باستخدامك تطبيق «صحتي بأكلي» فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. التطبيق مقدَّم من Shawqi Haddad («نحن»).
١. الخدمة
يتيح التطبيق تصوير وجباتك لتقدير قيمها الغذائية، وتسجيل سعراتك ووزنك، ومتابعة تقدّمك، والاستعانة بمستشار غذائي آلي. القيم المعروضة تقديرية.
٢. الأهلية والحساب
يجب ألّا يقل عمرك عن ١٦ عامًا. أنت مسؤول عن صحّة بيانات حسابك وعن الحفاظ على وسيلة دخولك، وعن كل نشاط يجري عبر حسابك.
٣. الاشتراك والدفع
- الاشتراكات متجدّدة تلقائيًا: شهري بـ ٩٫٩٩ دولار، وسنوي بـ ٧٩٫٩٩ دولارًا، مع تجربة مجانية ٣ أيام.
- تتم جميع المدفوعات عبر Apple، ولا نطّلع على بيانات بطاقتك.
- يُجدَّد الاشتراك تلقائيًا ما لم تُلغِه قبل ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية.
- الإدارة والإلغاء من إعدادات حسابك في App Store. حذف التطبيق لا يُلغي الاشتراك.
- إن اشتركت قبل انتهاء التجربة المجانية سقط ما تبقّى منها.
- طلبات الاسترداد تخضع لسياسة Apple، لا لسياستنا.

٥. الاستخدام المقبول
لا يجوز إساءة استخدام الخدمة، ولا محاولة اختراقها أو تعطيلها، ولا استخدامها لغرض غير مشروع، ولا رفع محتوى ينتهك حقوق غيرك.
٦. الملكية الفكرية
التطبيق ومحتواه وعلامته مملوكة لنا. بياناتك التي تدخلها تبقى ملكك، وتمنحنا ترخيصًا محدودًا بمعالجتها لتشغيل الخدمة فقط.
٧. إنهاء الخدمة
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق. ويحق لنا إيقاف الحساب عند مخالفة هذه الشروط.
٨. إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» دون ضمانات من أي نوع. لا نضمن دقة التقديرات الغذائية ولا استمرار الخدمة دون انقطاع. وفي حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية ما دفعته لنا خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة.
٩. تغيير الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط وسنغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث». استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التحديث يعني قبولك.
١٠. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتختص محاكمها بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

By using Sehati Bi'Akli you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Shawqi Haddad ("we").
1. The service
The app lets you photograph meals to estimate their nutrition values, log calories and weight, track progress, and consult an automated nutrition assistant. The values shown are estimates.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for safeguarding your means of access, and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions and payment
- Subscriptions auto-renew: USD 9.99/month or USD 79.99/year, each with a 3-day free trial.
- All payments are processed by Apple; we never see your card details.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Subscribing before a free trial ends forfeits the remainder of that trial.
- Refunds are governed by Apple's policy, not ours.

5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to breach or disrupt it, use it for any unlawful purpose, or upload content that infringes the rights of others.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its content and its marks belong to us. Data you enter remains yours, and you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the service.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the accuracy of nutrition estimates or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
